The 2 Most Beneficial ways to Meditate

Finally! The confusion is over!

I am giving you the 2 EASIET and most beneficial ways to Meditate. They are; Mantras & Affirmations, and I am going to clear up the definitions on both.

I love the Mantra part of my private coaching! It’s where the rubber meets the road.

By the time we get to the Mantra section of the 6 month Meditation coaching journey, you have a pretty well proven Meditation practice.

What exactly does the word Mantra mean? It means a word or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation. Usually in Sanskrit or Hindi.

Mantra Meditation is a very powerful step in the Meditation learning process. Some Mantras have been scientifically researched and have proven results from Slowing the progression of Alzheimer’s to balancing both hemispheres of the brain.

Affirmations on the other hand have great benefits of a different type.

What are Affirmations exactly? Affirmation in connection with Meditation means; a word or sound repeated to aid concentration.

I use affirmations with my private clients as a Mindful practice. These are little sayings to use as a ‘pick me up’ or to stop the cycle of negative and obsessive thinking that we sometimes find ourselves in.

Today’s video is a quick one and breaks down both Mantra and Affirmation is a simple way (you know I like practical and simple).

Here is the Affirmation in the video and another of my favorites.

“Every day, in every way, my life is getting better and better and better.”

This is one I use quiet often:

I have wonderful work,

In a wonderful way,

I give wonderful service,

For wonderful pay!
