Monday Mindful Meditative Moment

I am so excited for you to see the video today!!! So many times over the years, even after studying with Master Meditation teachers, my Meditation practice lapsed. I would feel so guilty about this that it was hard for me to start again. So, as crazy as it seems, I would just learn a completely new form of Meditation. Although now I am grateful for the experience, I made myself nutty with trying to figure it all out.

I needed a way to enjoy the effects of Meditation again, and to let go of the shame I felt for not keeping up. So I developed a simple and guilt free routine to move toward an enjoyable and solid Meditation practice. And it works BEAUTIFULLY!
